I had my car in twice last week. The first time I had two tires with slow leaks due to the age of the aluminum rims and the fact they corrode over time where the tire seats on the rims. This is not the first time this has happened and Mark and his staff took care of the problem once again in one day. The following day I hit a major pot hole and it appeared that several tires again had slow leaks. Mark took the car in on short notice, aired all the tires, monitored them overnight and as it turned out they were fine and did not charge me for the second visit. Thank you!!!!!!

Honest -1 completely lives up to their name. They are professional, honest and competent. That is not something I get to say often, but very appropriate here. They always give a fair assessment of what needs to be done and price accordingly. We are so glad we switched our local car needs here. I just wished we realized sooner that some of these chain establishments are really driven by getting as much as they can out of everyone who walks in their door. My husband and I do not know a lot about cars but we have four of them and we feel never feel taken advantage of at Honest-1. But most importantly, we feel they do an expert job which we don't take lightly considering our daughters are behind the wheel of two of those cars.That is a very good feeling to get out of an auto repair shop.
