Excellent service every time that I go in for an oil & filter change. I will go back every time that I am due for my 5000 mile service interval. I had an excellent experience at Honest One Auto Repair in Middlesex! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Ralph, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I had my brakes and transmission serviced. The team worked quickly and were completely knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire time. I took my car in (first time using Honest-1 based on recommendations from friends) for an intermittent noise in the front end. Honest-1 did a full check and found no issues but did certify the car as 100% safe to drive. The noise is gone (for now - probably some debris in the wheel well that fell out before it got to the mechanic). I expected a charge of at least $100 for the couple of hours in labor but was only charged $47. I'll keep using them for regular service and issued in the future.
