My car would not start (it just clicked when I turned the key), and after a tow to Honest-1, I left my key in their drop box and by 10am the next morning, I received a call that it was just a problem with my battery, and I had my car back before noon.

As always, a job well done.

Brought my car here, rather than to the dealer this time, and so glad I did. This would usually be a chore at best, but it was actually made into a pleasant experience, thanks to the good cheer of the Manager (Stanford), the owner (Mark) stopping to say Hello, and the pleasant surroundings in the "office" section of the shop. Last but not least, the price was right and the work was done properly.

I had a slow leak develop in one of my tires. It was Saturday morning and I had a lot of errands to do so I stopped at Honest-1 to see if I could get the tire repaired. They were very responsive to my needs and took the car in right away. They were able to patch the tire and I was on my way in about a half hour. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional shop with a pleasant staff. I was there for an oil change but they also took the time to check my car out throughly and let me know if anything else would be coming up in the future. Very please with their service.

Very professional and personable. I find myself laughing at the conversations they have with me and other customers while I wait. Excellent service; they diagnose and repair only what is necessary, when it's necessary. They've saved me a ton of money since I no longer receive unwarranted repairs from the dealership. I recently took my SUV in to Honest-1 for new brakes and I couldn't be more satisfied with every facet of their services. I intend on keeping my 10 year-old vehicle for a few more years and I will drive it with confidence knowing that I will be in good hands the next time I need to bring it in for service.
