As the saying goes - timing is everything. Just at the start of the latest heat wave before the Memorial Day weekend, my Ford Focus' A/C was not working as well as it should have been. Mark, Stanford and the staff were able to get the car in and get the problem resolved, as well as a major exhaust system problem, in time for the weekend.

My service at Honest-1 Auto Care was exceptional! They did an excellent job and gave me a fair price. Their facility is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.

I would like to thank the owner Mark and his mechanics for taking care of my EMERGENCY water pump issue on my Wrangler Jeep as well as diagnosing a sway bar issue on my Bimmer that others failed to notice. This is not a typical 'dingy repair shop' but very clean and inviting. The waiting area feels like a comfy living room, complete with cable TV, coffee machine and kids area. AND a bathroom that belongs at a Four Seasons Resort! This is a great auto center with very fair prices and they certainly live up to their name: HONEST. I would highly recommend Honest 1 if you want hassle-free service and friendly advice.

I like taking my vechicals there because you get great service. They check the vehicle out and let you know if there is anything issues coming up.
