The people at Honest-1 are responsive and professional. I was able to get an appointment for a tune-up on my Volvo on one day's notice. They do only the work that is necessary and their prices are fair. I trust them to take care of my car.

We were chasing a slow leak in one of the tires on my wife's car and Mark, Stanford and the staff were able to find it and get it repaired before we had a flat while on the road.

I chose this place because of a recommendation from a neighbor of mine. They are very nice and friendly. They have a nice clean waiting area with a tv and toys for the kids. They fixed my car that day and told me what else I needed done on the car. They weren't pushy or made me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't getting all that done. It was nice for them to tell me with the prices so I can schedule that for another day. I also liked the location. If I ever had to wait with my kids there is a McDonald's across the street and the park is right next door. Overall, I was pleased with the place and the service. I'll be using them again in the future!

I ended up long overdue for an oil change after misreading the (faded) label left on my windshield by the previous service station I used. When I explained my situation, not only did Honest-1 schedule my oil change, but they put in a couple quarts of oil right then and there in advance of my visit to ensure my car's engine would have enough oil to make it to the appointment a few days later without any issue. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and professional at my initial scheduling visit and the appointment. They did a complete oil change and check-up, and I appreciate the local shuttle service they provide, which made it possible for me to visit in the first place. Excellent job all around!

A+ all around, took my car to their Middlesex, NJ shop. Great customer care from Stanford. Car took an extra day and more labor to fix and they gave me a discount and paid for my rental car. Will do business again.
