A few days ago the check engine light in my car came on. That day I noticed that the car was idling sort of rough. So I called the owner Gary and made an appointment. However, the next morning my car wouldn’t start so again I reached out to Gary and he recommended a reasonable two service. When I arrived Gary allowed me to use his personal car as a loaner while his friendly staff investigate the problem. After changing the oil in my car several times to get rid of built up dirt and gunk in the engine. I was able to pick up my car this morning at 8:00 sharp and head off to work. I was shocked and pleased that he only charged me for the oil change. So I learned 2 lessons today. Stay on top of my oil changes and when I have car trouble, reach out to Honest 1 Auto in Middlesex. Wonderful people very informative friendly explained all my options on buying tires for my truck .I've been working on vehicles tractors for over 40 years. These guys are the best had a front alignment on my truck now drives like new. They haven't seen a truck like mine so clean they asked me when becomes available if they could purchase it told them I'm getting buried in it Gary laughed. The staff at Honest1 are very friendly and courteous. They answered all of my questions with a smile. I love that there are coffee and snacks while you wait as well. Definltely a plus!
