Very detailed and professional.

They helped fix my mom's car. I was really happy with their professionalism and their care of her car. They gave me a great deal that I was more than happy to pay for. Will be going here for all my car problems. Also, everyone here wore a mask.

I was looking for a new place to have repairs completed on my vehicles. Went to several different shops until today. I found a great shop, you can make appointments thru the web, they are wearing masks to protect you. Service was completed around the time they told me and in the right price range. They even offer drop off service that I didn’t use this time.

Took longer to get work done then I was told. But I know things can happen. The cost was what I was told it would be. I would have liked updates when there were delays.

I was completely satisfied with the service at Honest-1. They were quick, easy to work with, and transparent, and didn't attempt any upselling of unnecessary services. They also drove me home and came to get me when my car was ready. I'll definitely bring my car here if and when it needs any other work.

I needed an urgent Headlight change and I called them to ask if they could do it. They said yes and did it immediately. I had called other 2 places first and they said that they can’t do it right away. Thank you Honest Auto Care for your service. I've used this location for my car and my wife's car with no issues for a couple years. We used to use a dealer,but they were much more expensive and we would waste a day waiting. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone in the Middlesex area. UPDATE: They are still awesome! We had an issue with one of the cars and they immediately fit us in. They had the car for a couple hours and then called us to say it was finished. Upon arriving to pick it up, we were told it was no charge because they didn’t have to do much. The car is great and they fixed the issue. We won’t go anywhere else!
