I went in because my brakes were making a noise. They recommended an entire brake job, pads and rotors. I asked if they could just do a pad swap, but they showed me how rusted the rotors were and it’s true, they were terrible! I am satisfied with the work and will be returning for any future repairs.

great service every time

After several bad experiences with other mechanics, Honest-1 was a wonderful experience. They are fairly priced, very responsive and helpful, and are trustworthy. Very good work on my jeep, and provided additional assistance when asked. Can't thank them enough.

Staff were really open and transparent about everything. Mike provided excellent customer service. Mechanic took time to show and explain exactly what the issues were. They provided 2 estimates of work that needed to be done, one with immediate needs and a timeframe for the other. I did not feel pressured to get it all done at the same time, like dealerships have done in the past. The mechanic (Nick, I believe) was very knowledgeable and was not condescending. He showed me the the car on the lift and all the parts that needed replacement. They completed the job in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean and updated. They were very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
