Gary and his team of professional technicians are like a family, and they take service and honesty very seriously. This is not my first stop at Honest-1 Auto Care in Middlesex. My first stop was a few years back to fix an alignment issue that I had attempted to fix four other times with different service centers. It was then after Gary and team fixed it for good, AND provided an explanation of how it all works and why past alignments failed that I knew I had finally found an automotive service center that cares about their work, cares about the customer, and is 100% fair. This recent service stop is testament to this. My sister's car was having inconsistent rough starts and inconsistent hesitation during acceleration. Gary and team ran diagnostics, researched, did everything they can to determine that the car was running ok BUT there could be a multitude of things that can create the inconsistent behavior. Instead of suggesting to replace a number of things; Gary and his team recommended to continue driving normal being the symptoms were not creating harm and wait out to see if ever the check engine light were to come on. This would help him narrow down where the issue may be coming from and his team would be able to properly diagnose and resolve. His team spent a couple hours if not more diagnosing and they did this at no cost. I insisted on paying, but Gary wasn't having it. NOW, I've been around many, many places of business where products and services are sold and I don't know many professionals that are willing to take up their time and be ok with not receiving some compensation. I've said this in other reviews... I wish all businesses study how Honest-1 Auto operates and learn from them because they will always, always have a customer in me for as long as I'm around regardless of distance or price. I have no problem paying someone when I know the job will be done right, with care and consideration. That's what I get every time I come to Gary’s Honest-1 auto center.
