Treated with respect. Even though my car problem ended up being some thing very obvious Only charged me for 1/2 hour of diagnostic. Brought car in in morning without appointment and car was done by noon. Long story short you have a future customer.

I had a great experience with Honest 1 Auto Care. After realizing that I likely had a brake fluid leak and my pedal was going to the floor of my car, I called this shop and asked if they’d be able to help me in a pinch. I dropped off the car and was told that it would likely be checked the next day, which I realistically had expected. The next day they let me know I needed a new brake line and communicated what options I had. The day after that, my car was ready and my brakes were in working condition again and still are. Super appreciative for the honesty and communication from this shop, would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Eric was very nice and explained exactly what was needed for my car. He even showed me so I learned something new. Mike is always very pleasant on the phone. Overall team is great never have issues and I look forward to my next oil change
