First time going to Honest-1 Auto Care. They were fast and fun to talk with. At the end they gave recommendations and told me it's not needed yet, but will probably needed in the future. I appreciate the honesty of what was needed and let me know why it would need to be done. There was a hiccup with the service after but they were able to resolve it immediately. The service I had done was an oil change and tire rotation, the oil change was cheaper then other places I have been to.

Honest-1 recharged my battery for free in addition to the work I came in for which was under warranty so I ended up paying hardly anything but plugging a tire! Thank you so much!

It was easy to make an appointment, the staff were polite and courteous. The waiting area is clean and tidy, and they did a great job on my car service. Any questions I had were answered honestly.

I used to like Honest-1 Auto Care Middlesex and went there for a while with no issues. I "always" brought my own parts, and it was never a problem. I called on Dec 8 to book a thermostat replacement and again reminded them I’d be bringing my parts. They said it was fine and gave me an appointment. When I arrived, the new receptionist (I believe his name is Mike) was shockingly rude and disrespectful from the start. He immediately told me they don’t accept customer supplied parts, completely contradicting what I was told on the phone and my history with them. I also noticed other recent reviews complaining about the same person, and now I understand why. I went through with it anyway because I didn’t want to wait weeks elsewhere. The thermostat seems fine, but later that night on the highway my front deflector and engine splash shield came loose and broke because the underbody panels weren’t secured properly. That’s basic work, and it’s unacceptable, especially at dealership level pricing. Between the attitude and the careless reassembly, I won’t be back.
