I have been a loyal customer of Honest One Auto care since they opened and have always been more than satisfied. They are very accommodating with appointments and time constraints. Their work is the best. Most importantly, they are a pleasure to deal with, customer service is excellent!

Honest-1 - the name says it all. Honest & reliable. On my last visit, they saved me a lot of money by suggesting I try a $10 part rather than going for a $70 diagnosis and then the repair would be on top of that. The $10 part did the trick! We always take both of our cars to Honest-1 for all our service and repairs.

I been looking for a good mechanic ,one of my clients referred me here,said they are very honest and would do a great job, i appreciated the accurate estimate,and the professionalism i experienced,the staff were very friendly even took me to work ,the place was very clean ,and they had tv internet and coffee to have if you stayed there,i even made my next appointment,already. i would give this place ten stars if they had it on here,when i pick up my car on time, there was bag of popcorn ,saying thanks for popping in today ,that was so cute ,it made ,my day,my car runs like a champ made my day!

Like the name says "Honest". They stand behind their work and prices are reasonable. The big thing I like is they never try to get you to do service you don't need like some places. If you say you for example you want an alignment to be done they may call you back and say you don't need it saying me some money

Honest One is my "go to" place. Mark and his team do great work, absolutely trustworthy and always friendly. I truly value having a local mechanic whom I can trust.

Whenever I get my car worked on they have always been very pleasant. When you get your oil changed they don't try to sell you unnecessary services. If they notice some fluid is low or dirty they just tell you the fact that's it. So many times I will ask about something else in the car and they will say we checked it and it looked fine. If I ask "what is that - is that bad?" they very nicely and patiently take the time to explain. Normally I would be nervous sending my car in for service and saying hey can you give it a once over? I am going on a road trip and want to make sure everything appears in order. I have done this several times at Honest 1 and have had no surprises and no sales pitches. I just had my brakes fixed, had them check the tires, oil change, and give it a once over. I love that they are open on Saturdays. I always get an appointment fairly quickly. I was lucky and was able to get a same day appointment this time too - how great is that. I have been going there for all my car maintenance and repairs for the last 2 to 3 years.

We have trusted Honest One with four different cars, with everything from routine oil changes to things like complete air conditioning overhauls and repairing damaged front ends. We've been extremely satisfied with their work. We've yet to throw anything at them that they can't handle. I particularly like the fact that they are willing to take the time to talk to you about problems and repairs, and can do it at a level you understand. I'm an an engineer by training, so they'll talk technical with me, but they can also explain things to my wife (who's not nearly so technical) in terms she can easily understand. You never feel like they're rushing you out the door so they can get to the next customer. When we walk in the door they remember us. (Perhaps we've been there too often :-) ) and when we walk out the door, we're confident the issue's been handled. The one time we had a subsequent issue with a repair, they stood behind their work, and handled it without charge, even though it turned out that it wasn't exactly the same thing. I've recommended several people here, and intend to continue to do so.
