Great 1st time experience. I recently moved in the area and was needed to find a new place to get my car serviced. It is a bit overwhelming to find someone new, as I had gone to my last mechanic for over 14 years. Their welcome was warm and easy going. They have free wifi, internet and coffee, which makes for an easier wait for the car. They made suggestions on some work that might need to have done, but did not push. That, I appreciated!

Fantastic service from the moment I called to the second I got my car back. Service was extremely fast and my wait time very small. The employees are both professional and friendly and I highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

I had recently brought my vehicle into the dealership and was informed that I needed to replace the brakes. Unhappy with the price I was quoted I declined the service and decided to wait on the repair. After receiving a postcard advertising Honest-1's services in the mail I decided to give them a try. Imagine my surprise when Kevin called to tell me I didn't need to replace my brakes at this time, that they still had plenty of life left in them. Honest-1 could have replaced the brakes that didn't need to be replaced and I would have never known otherwise. They saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair that may not be required for quite some time. Honest-1 has gained a new customer!

Clean facility, they take the time to show you the work that needs to be done before doing it too which is much appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs.

As always when we stop for an oil change, the service was fast and efficient. We had to wait for the service, so the car was brought in immediately and the service was completed as quickly as possible. For years we have been bringing our cars for service, and the most recent oil change is just one of the reasons we will continue to do so.
