During the early morning hours on Thurs, 03/05, while heading to Jersey City for track practice at St Peter's University, my Ford Focus hit a "crater". I was able to get to Jersey City and back to Middlesex. Mark and David checked it out and found that the tire had a bubble in it and the aluminum alloy wheel was cracked. Both had to be replaced. They got right on it and the only hold up was having to wait for the new wheel which didn't com in until Monday late in the day. Once it came in, they had the new tire mounted, a front end alignment done in under a couple of hours. So I was able to pick up the car before they closed for the day after having been without it since the prior Thursday.

Both my wife's car, and mine, both almost 10 years old, have aluminum alloy wheels that, as time goes on, tend to leak at various times. Mark and his staff are also able to fit us in to have a wheel checked, dismounted, re-beaded and get us back on the road in a timely fashion.

Very happy with Honest One Auto. We had an engine in a Honda Odyssey that had become quite clogged with carbon build-up. Because the accumulation was so bad, it took several cleanings and a subsequent cleaning (replacement) of the plugged spark plugs to get the motor running smoothly again. They stood by their work and got the car back on the road despite the troublesome motor that required a few return visits (they had warned that carbon build-up is hard to eradicate -- but that they would take care of me). Would highly recommend these folks as they do extremely high quality work, stand by their work if there is a recurring or related issue, they take the time to explain alternatives, and won't suggest services that do not need to be performed. Great place to take your car for repairs!

I HAVE AN ISUUE WITH THE EXHAUST ON MY 1996 HONDA. THEY PUT IT UP ON THE LIFT SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG, AND ALSO FOUND A OIL LEAK. GOT THAT FIXED. I TOOK IT TO HONEST 1 BECAUSE I HAD TAKEN MY 2006 300C TO THEM BEFORE AND THEY DIAGNOSED IT WITH ACCURACY. NOT ONLY DID THEY TELL ME GET RID OF IT, WHICH I DID, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR LOOKING AT IT. UMPH! WOW, WHO WOULDN'T LIKE THAT. BY THE WAY PERSONAL SERVICE IS GREAT.
